*Reservations – Making the reservation requires a 20% deposit which will be applied directly to the final bill of your visit.

* Check in time – After 3:00pm on your day of arrival. If your plans have you arriving earlier than three or later than 9:00 pm, please contact us.

* Check out time – 10:30 am the day of your departure (unless alternate time has been discussed)

* All of our cabins and A-frames are NON-SMOKING.

* Cancellation Policy – Guests with reservations can cancel at any time.  If the dates canceled are filled by new reservations the deposit made at the time of reservation may be returned.

* Pet Friendly – We are pet friendly! We charge a one time $20 pet fee. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CABINS, A-FRAMES, OR ON PREMISES UNATTENDED.  Keep your pet with you and under your control and leashed.

* Damages- Damages caused by guests or pets of, including but not limited to repair or replacement will be paid for at guest’s expense.

* We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone

* We cannot be held responsible or liable for any injury, lost, stolen, missing, misplaced, consumed or damaged personal items including, but not limited to money, valuables, jewels, pets and/or personal property or one’s self.
